Cruise Consultant - Luxury Cruise Ship

V.Hospitality is looking for Cruise Consultant to work onboard luxury Cruise Ship.

The main role of a Cruise Consultant is to maximize and secure the sales of future cruises to onboard guests, ensuring that the guest has received the high quality product and service they expect. As on board cruise consultant you will also be required to do presentations to large audiences explaining the on board sales program and future itineraries. You will be present and assist with all major guest functions, including Captain's Welcome Party, VIP parties, and Travel Agent functions. The Cruise Consultant is responsible for all ship tours that involve sales or as specified by Management. You will be required to escort Shore Excursions tours as requested and needed by the Tour Manager. The Cruise Consultant will act as host/hostess including hosting of tables for frequent cruisers, organization of regular guest parties and present awards accordingly. You will administer voyage reports, onboard sale reports and all correspondence generated from each voyage.

Minimum requirements:

• Previous experience in similar 6* luxury environment
• Previous sea-faring experience in a Cruise Consultant role
• Strong sales skills
• Good Administration and IT Skills
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
• Travel Agency experience is preferred.
• Fluent English & additional languages an advantage

Contract duration: 3-4 months

Start date: 15th April

Salary: 2500 USD / month + revenue incentive
