Shop Manager - Cruise ship

Job Description:

The Shop Manager will manage all shops on board, scheduling operating times, marketing, advertising, stock control and ordering, sales strategies in keeping with Company policy as well as monitoring and analysing sales results to achieve higher revenue, and to develop increasingly effective marketing policies.

Ideally you will have:

• Fluent written and spoken English, + at least one additional European language Italian, French, German, Spanish. Strong knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
• Four years minimum Onboard Retail management experience (shops, duty free, quality jewellery, perfumes, etc)
• Strong communication and training skills
• Ability to manage a large team (15-30 staff) to meet common goals and targets
• Valid STW95 certificates are mandatory

Minimum of 1000 euros month basic guaranteed salary + weekly commissions (based on the Shops total turnover)

Contract duration: 6 months
