Destination Managers & Guest Services Managers

A prestigious sail assisted cruise company is looking for experienced, professional Guest Service Managers and Destination Managers to join their fleet of three. These positions are for working Couples ONLY, due to cabin share arrangements.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in customer facing roles, excellent communication skills and previous cruise ship experience would be beneficial. Main responsibilities will involve front desk duties and selling tours, however a good background in all Water Sport activities is also required. Strong Diving experience is important, however the position will involve minimal diving.

Salary in US Dollars, paid only whilst on board but comes with a 4% sailing return bonus. Rotation is 6 months on / 2 months off. STCW95 four part basic is essential, as is PADI Dive Instructor, Powerboat Level 2, a valid Passport and Seafarer's Medical certificate.
