If you are an experienced Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef with experience working at sea with a quality ship corporation or cruise liner; or brilliant 5* Hotel or Michelin star restaurant expereince in fine dining; and are looking for a fresh contract and an exciting opportunity to further your career with a major group then please send your resume to Jon Light at jon@hospitalio.com

You will need to show a stable working history with excellent references within a quality group 5* Hotel with experience in Fine Dining and also some exposure to high volume catering or Banqueting. Alternatively if you are an experienced Executive Chef from a Hotel background with large volume cooking skills and the ability to lead large brigades looking for a new challenge within a quality food operation then this opportunity could be just what you are looking for.
