We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager for an on board position with family orientated cruise line.

The ideal candidate will have current/previous experience in a ship HR role with a concentration focusing on performance management and employee relations. As Assistant HR Manager you will assist with the coordination of employee policies, performance management, learning & development opportunities, compensation & benefits and general HR services.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 2 years recent experience in HR operations with at least 1 year experience in leadership and/or operational role
  • Previous experience working on cruise ships
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Sound computer literacy
  • Strong inter-personal skills within multi-international team

Salary & benefits will be discussed upon interview

Average contract rotation 4/2 months
