Chef for Angolan OnShore Site

We are looking for a very strong and motivated "Chef" to employee by one of Ligabue's OnShore Sites in Angola.

The candidates must:

• have strong leadership skills to manage local staff
• be flexible, stress-resistant and WELL ORGANIZED
• be very good in planning, managing and supervising the production activities of the kitchen staff
• follow and respect the business and operating budget plan
• make the order for food products to the Operation Manager
• ensure practice of Health and Safety regulation on the basis of company's procedures and local regulations

CANDIDATES MUST BE FLUENT IN PORTUGUESE and ENGLISH.
