As Head Waiter on a 6* Luxury Cruise Ship, you will work as a Deputy for the Maitre D’ to help oversee the 3 onboard outlets and supervise the team.

 Requirements:

  • European Food and Beverage background
  • At least 3 years Waiter experience in 5 star establishment
  • At least 2 years experience of running a Fine Dining outlet
  • Excellent wine and bar knowledge.
  • Previous luxury cruise ship experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation
  • Fluent English, plus fluent French and Spanish
  • Experience of managing a small team in a Supervisory role.
  • Preferably 3 year hotel apprenticeship or hospitality degree from a leading hotel school.

 Salary: To be discussed at time of interview

Contract: 5 (+/- 1) months

Start date: As soon as possible
