Restaurant Manager for River Ship

Job Description:

V.Hospitality is currently seeking candidates for Restaurant Manager positions on River Ships operating in Central Europe for 2012 season.

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for leading the Dining Service, the completion of daily work assignments as well as offering vision for the future. You will maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction, crew support, and financial/operational performance. Ship capacity - 150 passengers approx.

Candidates should have a hotel school education (or equivalent) and at least four years experience in a fine-dining restaurant operation, preferably with previous experience on cruise ships.

Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required.

Contracts are seasonal – 10 months +/- (Jan/Feb – Nov/Dec according to operational needs).

Salaries in Euros.
