Ligabue Group is looking for a

CARVING CHEF

to employ onboard of a very elegant and high quality standards seagoing vessel.

The core responsabilities will be:

  • Preparing beautiful garnishes and fruit carving
  • Expose and present the food of cold and hot buffet in an artistic and elegant way

The ideal candidate has a culinary school degree and a good knowledge of English.

The candidate must have at least a previous experience in similar positions onboard of seagoing vessels and be able to interact in a multicultural environment.
