Destinations Manager

A prestigious sail assisted cruise company is looking for an experienced, professional Destination Manager to join their fleet of three. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in customer facing roles, excellent communication skills and previous cruise ship experience would be beneficial. Main responsibilities will involve front office operations, entertainment and activity programs on board, shore excursion and selling tours. Salary in US Dollars, paid only whilst on board but comes with a 4% sailing return bonus. Rotation is 6 months on / 2 months off.  STCW95 four part basic is essential, as is a valid Passport and Seafarer's Medical certificate.
