Sous Chef with German speaking

NEEDED IMMEDIATELY
6 months renewable contract.

Certificates:
Practical work experience in hotel- or restaurant kitchen (cruise line experience advantageous)

Language Requirements:
Very Good German (mandatory) (minimum B2 level)
Good English (mandatory)

Main Duties:

• Responsible for his tasks as a Sous Chef
• Working according to the rules of quality assurance manual
• Realize the food-safety-policy in the area of responsibility
• Realization of satisfaction from guests and colleagues
