Minimum requirements:-
Previous cruise ship experience
Fluent English
Fine-dining experience in quality hotel or luxurypassenger ship environment
Sound health & sanitation knowledge in either USPH or HACCP
Proficiency with PC knowledge Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Fidelio, etc
