To seek and implement strategies and tactical programs to increase revenue. Take personal responsibility in developing, executing and reporting of new revenue opportunities. Lead the shipboard Onboard Revenue Departments to maximize all onboard revenue opportunities and to optimize the guest experience consistent with the Company's service standards and goals. Balance revenue opportunities against the overall guest experience. Meet with Hotel Manager on daily basis to review results, operational concerns and actions to be taken.
Minimum 3 years as manager in on board concession
Experience of successfully managing a team of at least 10 people
Degree in marketing, business administration or related field from accredited university or college
Excellent presentation and communication skills (ability to lead meetings)
Excellent IT skills
Fluent English
