We are currently seeking an Experienced Sommelier

Requirements:

  • European beverage background
  • At least 2 years Sommelier experience in 5 star establishment
  • Excellent wine and bar knowledge.
  • Qualifications in Wine (WSET etc)
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation
  • Fluent English, fluent French is advantageous
  • Experience of managing a small restaurant

Salary: To be discussed at time of interview

Contract: 6 months
