Vacation pay
Contract: 4 months on (7 days a week) and 2 months off

Single Cabin
Reporting to the Executive Chef.
On success: You would be required to obtain a ship's medical and also a visa
JD: On application
The Executive Sous Chef's primary responsibility is to assist with the management of all galley operations and to ensure that high standards are achieved and maintained within budgetary limitations.
Minimum of 4 years experience as an Executive Sous Chef on an ultra luxury cruise ship, private club, boutique hotel, ultra luxury hotel or resort.
10 years experience in high end operations, 5* Hotels and high quality fine dining restaurant experience.
Experience with ultra luxury galley operations
- Establish and maintain proper inventories
- Has the ability to taste all foods to assure correct preparation
- Experience with high-volume banquet operations
Excellent leadership skills required.
Experienced in high quality International cuisine /fine dining
