3rd Chef

We are looking for an 3rd Chef for a permanent position on board an 80m flagship yacht.

As 3rd chef, you will handle menus and cook for crew & officers when owners are not on board and assists the other chefs when they are (covering when others are on day off). You should have a variety of culinary skills, European and Asian as well as good USPH knowledge and sanitisation standards.

• Ideally you will have previous experience on board small luxury cruise ships, yachts and/or upscale hotels/restaurants internationally
• Valid STCW certification mandatory
• Previous employment references will be required
• Starting salary USD 2300/month with 8 weeks paid vacation/year.

Contract renewable annually subject to review - 3 month probation periodStarting ASAP
