Hotel Director • Family Friendly Cruise Line

We are searching for an experienced Hotel Director for a large 4* family orientated cruise line. The company provides memorable cruises in the Caribbean and Europe.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years in a senior management role on a medium to large branded cruise line.
• USPH knowledge and experience
• Strong IT Skills
• Degree from a recognized University in a related field.
• Experience of leading and managing a team of over 600 multi-national hotel crew.
• Good understanding of onboard financial and budgetary responsibilities.

Contracts are generally 3 months on, 2 months off.

Salary will be discussed at time of interview.
