Urgent vacancy on European River ship for Sous Chef.

Minimum requirements:

• Formal European culinary education
• At least 5 years experience as Sous Chef in 4/5* hotel, restaurant operation - previous cruise ship experience preferred
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate preparation of recipes for all basic meat, fish, sauce & side dishes, cooking methods (braise, saut?, etc)...?
• Checkable previous employment references
