We are currently looking for exciting new talent to join our fantastic culinary team onboard our vessels.

As a member of the Slow Food Society and the only Relais and Chateau Restaurants at sea, we pride ourselves on producing the highest quality of food on a daily basis, in a number of restaurants onboard.

You will have the opportunity to see a daily menu cycle, traditional sections and gain great experience in a very demanding team.

You will be at least 21 years of age, have a culinary diploma and a minimum of 12 months experience in a demanding hotel or restaurant.
