The company is an Off-Shore Company based at the British Virgin Islands, with a registered seat in Austria who has contracts with 2 cruise ships at the present time and runs only the Cruise ships hair salon, beauty & Fitness Spa department.

To be able to work in the International environment on board of Cruise ships, we need all our staff to speak, read and write a certain level of English.

These interviews are free of charge (travel expenses will not be reimbursed) and will give you much more information about ship life and our company.

Because the company is contracted by the Cruise line company's, who obtain a strict rules and regulations policy, your result of your interview day with the company will depend on positions available in our department on board the Cruise ships, but also your appearance, your attitude and your professionalism.

Please be dressed professional for your interview day.

Anstellungsinformationen

Mit uns arbeiten Sie an Bord von Luxuskreuzfahrtenschiffen mit einem Angestelltenvertrag bei einer Off-Shore Company (Gehälter sind daher steuerfrei), die Mitarbeiter müssen sich jedoch im eigenen Land darum kümmern die Gehälter beim Finanzamt anzumelden.

Verträge:

Jahresverträge mit einer Urlaubsunterbrechung (Urlaub ist unbezahlt)

Gehalt:

Therapeuten/Friseure: Netto: € 1.100,- zuzüglich Provision auf erzielte Umsätze auf Behandlung und Verkauf von 3%.

Spa Manager: Netto: € 1.500,- zuzüglich Provision in Höhe von 1,5% aus dem Gesamtumsatz aus Behandlungen und Verkauf pro Monat

Versicherungen:

Verträge enthalten eine Krankenversicherung, welche sehr umfangreich ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr gut abgesichert. Renten- und Arbeitslosenversicherung muss vom Arbeitnehmer selbst übernommen werden.

Training: und Kosten:

Die Company übernimmt die Kosten des einwöchigen Trainings in Österreich und den Transport der Mitarbeiter bei der Anreise zum Schiff und bei Vertragsende wieder zurück.

Das Training in Österreich beinhaltet, Produkttraining, Behandlungs- Verkaufs –Kommunikation, Therapeuten, Rezeptions- und das Training der Einhaltung der USPH Standards, Spa- Manger Training.
