A client of Faststream is currently seeking a Staff Chief Engineer.

• Responsible for the day to day overall operations
• Responsible for filling in for the Chief Engineer when need be
• Must be familiar with the Chief Engineer's functions
• Responsible for keeping the Chief Engineer informed of significant events including the welfate and discipline of the department personnel
• Responsible for the maintenance as follows fixed firegihting, sprinkler systems and all related systems to vessel safety and watertight integrity
• Responsible for all technical matters including hotel technical services, pools, spas, and laundry equipment

Requirements:

• Must hold a Chief Engineer license Unlimited
• Must have a minimum 3 years of experience as a staff chief engineer on a cruise ship
