Chief Engineer on a Cruise Ship!

A client of Faststream is currently seeking a Chief Enginner onboard a Cruise ship.

• Responsible for all official log books are properly completed
• Responsible for ensuring that the Watchkeeping Engineer maintain proper communication with the bridge officer to ensure correct position before begiining overboard discharge of waste streams
• Resposible that all machinary and enviromental systems are operated and maintained
• Must work in full cooperation with enviromental regulations to ensure compliance
• Daily account of bunker, fuels, and oils
• Maintaine cost control for his crew operationg expenses, overtime, travel expense and training expenses are within budget
• Adivse tMaster well in adnavce if the Enginer department will not be ready to depart

Requirements:

• Must have a Chief Engineer License Unlimited
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience sailing as a chief engineer onboard a cruise ship
