You will have at least 2 years experience as Head Waiter in a 5 star operation: hotel, restaurant, or luxury cruise ship
You will be highly competent in international cuisine and table side service
You have a formal European hotel education, excellent technical skills and the ability to provide the highest standard of service to ensure guest satisfaction
You must be computer literate (MSWord, Excel) and fluent in English plus at least one additional language: German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.
Valid C1/D visa an advantage
