A 5 Star Deluxe luxury cruise company requires a Personnel and Training Manager. Candidates should have had previous experience as a corporate trainer as well as working within the cruise industry. Background in Hotel/Food and Beverage is desired. Duties will include training new crew members as well as implementing the company's training programme to the fleet for all members of sea based Officers and Crew.

Paid in Euros for time worked, contracts are 4 months on 2 months off.
