Hotel Manager

A popular cruise line are looking for a German-speaking Hotel Manager to join their fleet. An outgoing and welcoming personality are key for this role, on-board a ship targeting the younger market.

Rotation: 4-5 months on, 6-8 weeks off

Salary: €60696 (gross)

The Job

• Supervision of all areas within the Hotel department, including Guest Services and Food & Beverage
• Direct management of various financial aspects, such as budgets and future-planning
  
• Socialising with guests and ensuring the best possible service is provided
• Maintain steady communication between all on-board departments

The Candidate

• Substantial experience in this role either at sea or on land
• Must speak, read and write German fluently
• Friendly and approachable
• F&B background is preferrable but not essential
• Must hold the ability to view operations with an economic perspective

Benefits: The salary displayed is taxed, which will contribute towards health insurance and pension. Salary is reviewed after first year of employment.
