A respectable, luxury river cruise line is in search of a Hotel Manager to join their expanding fleet. As such a demanding role on a small vessel, the ideal candidate will get actively involved with all aspects of hotel operations.

Rotation: 8-12 weeks on, 2-3 weeks off

Salary: €27,300 (net)

The Job

• Supervising all areas of the hotel department, from housekeeping to guest services
• Ensuring guests receive the best possible service at all times
• Needs to contribute as much as possible, and assist with various tasks including loading
• Onboard audits

The Candidate

• Substantial experience in this role, either at sea with a luxury line or in a 5* hotel
• Must read, write and speak English fluently
• Ideally will hold a varied background within the hospitality industry, and have experience in various departments
