R.A.G. Safety & Marine is looking for a candidate as Sous Chef Tournant (Senior Chef de Partie) for a 6-stars Cruise Company.

Candidates must be Western European

NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

 

CERTIFICATES:

Practical experience as a Sous Chef Tournant is essential (but not at a ship).

Basic Safety training (and Crowd management) desirable.

 

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

FLUENT ENGLISH (mandatory)

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sous Chef Tournant will be placed in the hot galley; either on Fish, Sauce or Meat section.

Serve from 4000-4500 covers a day.

They serve breakfast, lunch, 2 seating dinner and Galla Buffet.
