Our client is a British cruise ship owner with a large, growing fleet. This company operates ships worldwide, offering 4* cruises and interesting itineraries.

The role

• Assistant F&B Manager
• £17800/annum
• 1/2 Stripe position
• 6 months on/2 months off
• Supervising service in buffet and crew mess areas
• Designated wedding co-ordinator
• Managing a team of ten
• Delivering training to that team

The requirements

• Strong background in F&B from 4/5* hotels or on-board
• Food hygiene qualifications
• A willingness to learn and bring new ideas
• Excellent English language capabilities
