Head Chef

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef de Cuisine at luxury 5* resort in Dubai.

As Head Chef you will be responsible for a brigade of 12 - 14.

You will have at least 2 - 3 years previous experience at this level in up market restaurants or 5* hotels / resorts with a classical modern cuisine

A minimum of 10 years culinary experience including in fine-dining and Michelin starred restaurants

European culinary education

You will have the proven ability to fully manage your own kitchen to meet quality, hygiene and operating standards with a sound knowledge of HACCP

This is a hands on position and will require excellent skills as a culinary trainer

Full expat package - monthly salary Dhs 12/13000 + month - negotiable according to experience
