Onboard HR manager

We are currently looking for a HR Manager starting approx early November 2012
Worked in a luxury environment as HR Manager
MUST have done the above onboard a medium sized ship
Used to delivering training to all levels
Induction Training
Prevention of harassment and ethics based training
Customer Service Training
Management Training
Well organized with strong admin skills
Team player with open and approachable demeanor
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a pleasant working environment
Computer literate – Word/excel/Fidelio/MXP/and similar
Excellent communication skills.
Salary - $4,500+ per month, vacation pay(equates to 2.5 days salary per month worked), flights to and from vessel. 4 on 2 off rotation – single cabin – 3 stripe officer
