We are currently accepting applications for the Accommodation Maintenance Manager Position. For this role you are responsible for the planning and execution of maintenance/repairs of the Hotel beverage Department's equipment and machinery.  These responsibilities should be carried out in coordination with the shipboard maintenance team as per the recommendation/suggestions of the Shipboard and shoreside Accommodations Maintenance team.  The Accommodation Maintenance Manager cooperates with the Hotel Director and the Department Heads in order to achieve optimal results that sustain the brand's position as the highest-rated premium cruise line.Requirements:

• Marine Engineering degree or three to five years experience in a hotel maintenance management position in a large hospitality hotel/resort environment or a minimum of five years cruise ship technical operations experience.
• Extensive knowledge of maintenance processes and environmental standards regarding public health.
• Upholds USPH, Safety, Environmental and other company policies and standards.
• Ensures maintenance schedules are entered in AMOS computerized system.  Reviews and plans for the requirement of spares and places orders in accordance with established procedures through the AMOS Controller.  Guarantees all items are correctly stored and utilized to minimize waste.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, documentation, instructions or specifications including modifications and enhancements.
