Hotel Manager for River Cruise Line

R.A.G. Safety & Marine is now looking for a HOTEL MANAGER for a River Cruise Line.

Only candidates from EU.

Languages:

Fluent English mandatory. German and other languages are an advantage.

Certificates:

Several years of career in management positions, primarily on international cruise ships.

Graduated education in hotel industry.

Main Duties:

• Perform host function in compliance with the rules established
• Compliance and monitoring of the given budget. Compliance and monitoring as well as Encouraging the cost reduction, revenue optimization
• Design, monitoring, control and secure of the daily routines in the hotel sector
• Ensuring and securing compliance with health hygiene - Guidelines / Food Safety Policy
• Monitoring and ensuring of high standards of service, service availability, friendliness and training in all areas (including front office)
• Monitoring and ensuring qualified personnel management in all areas
• Coordination of individual activities, actions, agreements with the departments
• Management of the proper handling embarkation and disembarkation
• Monitoring and ensuring the documentation requirements according to IMS
• Continuous product and quality control of all areas
• Review staff for all heads of department
• Responsibility for the proper, careful use of the provided materials and timely ordering of consumables
• Support and motivation as well as assessment of subordinates and ensure a proper working atmosphere
• Organization of the baggage handling aboard
