SHORE EXCURSIONS DIRECTOR

V.Hospitality is currently seeking candidates for the position of Shore Excursions Director on behalf of one of our Europe based cruise line clients.

Based in our client\'s offices in Naples, this is an ideal opportunity for a well experienced Shorex/Tour Manager looking to switch from sea-based position to shore-based position

You will be responsible for developing, managing and achieving budgets; the main duty of this position being to plan marketing strategies to fulfil revenue targets.

You will be responsible for the correct application of contracts with tour operators, oversee all aspects of the Shore Excursions operations, including management of the Onboard Supervisors team.

A dynamic and highly motivated professional, you will have significant previous experience in tour operating management in international markets and have at least 10-15 years management experience in shorex/tour positions on board cruise ships.

Fluent English & Italian mandatory. Candidates will already be resident in Italy.
