As Chef de Cuisine Pastry - Bakery you will oversee the Pastry / Bakery operation consisting of approximately 17 Officers/Crew.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring all Pastry / Bakery Culinary standards, ensuring company and USPH Sanitation requirements are me within your area of responsibility, meeting Food Cost budgets and targets as set by the Food manager onboard, completing personal random food and menu audits, Inventory control, monitoring and implementing garbage separation and disposal procedures, monitoring handling, maintenance, and reordering of operating equipment, facilitating department meetings and providing leadership for all direct reports.
Required experience/qualifications:
Rotation: 4 months on / 2 months off
