Hotel Stores Manager

Job Description:

As Hotel Stores Manager you will oversee Hotel Stores operation consisting of approximately 8 Officers/Crew.

You will be responsible for overall Hotel Stores operation; oversee overall ordering, receiving, issuing and maintenance of stocks required for use in the Hotel areas on board, Responsible for overall loading of all Hotel Inventory items on time, stored and secured, Responsible for ensuring all orders are sent on schedule base on lead time and vendors requirement, Offload Cargo/manifest on Main Port; responsible for completing proper Custom forms; send to shore side logistics for all offloading cargo, additional hard copies required; offload all items for Custom inspection, Communicate with shore side Purchasing regarding orders and item implementation.

Required experience/qualifications:

• 3 years + experience in high volume Food Service Management, Inventory control and/or Warehouse Operation 
• CDC vessel sanitation program certificate or equivalent degree 
• Ability to calculate and control cost potentials/projections and understand the impact on budget 
• Able to drive or operate Electric Pallet Jack and Fork lift 
• Computer proficiency in Windows Office programs required; Knowledge of MMS is a plus 
• Good communication/people skills due to interaction with shipboard and shore side departments 
• Fluent English 

Rotation: 4 months on / 2 months off
