Bar Manager

Reporting directly to the Director of Services he/she supervises all onboard beverage services, coordinates special functions and private parties, maintains company standards by providing quality service and generates utmost profits through cost control and good salesmanship.

Candidate must have:

• diploma from established Hotel School (at least 2 years)
• one or two years as Department Head of a Food & Beverage Outlet
• fluent English and Italian
• Sales and Marketing skills
• communicational skills
• leadership qualities
• accounting skills
• 25 – 45 years, good health, good appearance
• flexibility and open mindedness
• team player and social competence
• computer literate
• European nationality
