Candidate should have several years of experience in a management position on 5* Hotels or Restaurants and must have 5* ship experience in the same position. You must be flexible, stress-resistant and a good organizer. A pleasant, well-mannered and outgoing personality is required as well as a well-groomed appearance. You should also have strong administration and leadership skills to manage international staff in a positive and productive manner. Fluent English is required - any additional language would be a plus.
