Skills & Education:

Finished apprenticeship and working experience in 4/5* hotels/restaurants is expected. Candidate should have a good food knowledge and basic knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures. Shipboard experience would be considered as a plus. Candidate should be flexible, stress-resistant, well organized and motivated. Fluent English is required - any additional language would be considered a plus.
