Candidate (f/m) should have work experience in good hotels and/or restaurants as well as ship's experience in a similar position. You should have strong leadership and organisation skills. You must be stress-resistant, very hands on, creative, well-groomed and have a friendly and flexible personality. Fluent English is required, any additional language would be a plus.
