We are looking for a creative, experienced Chef de Partie (m/f) for a great 5***** American Cruise Line with mainly English speaking passengers.

You should have previous ship experience, prefarable on seagoing vessel and also have extensive working experience in 4*/5* hotels and/or restaurants.

You should have good food knowledge and as well as great knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures. You should be flexible, stress-resistant, well organized and motivated.

Fluent English is required - any additional language would be considered a plus, we are also expecting good computer skills.
