Skills & Education:

We are looking for a well-experienced Chef de Partie (m/f) with a great food knowledge and previous working experience in 5* hotels/restaurants.

You should be very flexible, stress-resistant, well organized and motivated - as well as having knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures - previous ship experience would be considered as a plus.

Fluent English is required - any additional language would be considered a plus, you should also have good computer knowlewdge.
