We are looking for well-experienced Maitre’ D for a wonderful River Cruise Line with a great China Itinerary and international passengers.

Candidate must have previous ship in a similar role and preferably great shore side experience in high profile hotels. Candidate should have excellent knowledge about the whole food and beverage department and have a ”hands on” mentality, if needed.

Candidate should also have strong administration and leadership skills to manage an international staff in a positive and productive manner. A pleasant and outgoing personality is required as well as a well-groomed appearance.

You should be flexible, stress-resistant, should have excellent communication skills – good computer skills are expected as well as fluent German & English is required, any additional language would considered a plus.
