We are looking for a well-experiences Receptionist (m/f) for a great 5* American Cruise Line with international passengers and great itineraries throughout the world.

You should have at least 3 years previous experience in 5* hotels in the front office department – preferably already seagoing experience You should have perfect know ledge in your field, as well as great customer and organisation skills and be well mannered at all time as well as having a well groomed appearance comes natural and easy to you.

You must have very good computer knowledge and also strong communication skills. Fluent German & English is required every additional language may be considered a plus.
