Cruise Ship Retail Sales Manager

3-5 years experience as a Retail Store Manager, having overseen a minimum of 10-12 staff members

• Results- driven; ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Commitment to being a leader within a team environment
• A passion to build high performing, customer-focused retail teams
• Capacity to execute plans, organize, and solve any problems that may arise
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset
• Speak perfect English.
• Commit to working away for 6/8 months at a time
• Pass a Full Medical
• Obtain an American C1/D Visa
