Primary responsibilities

The Luxury Retail Manager is a dynamic individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a notorious desired to increase sales and build strong relationships with customers. The manager will implement marketing strategies to help promote effectively the high quality merchandise sold onboard to be able to maximize and exceed sales goals. The Luxury Retail Manager should be a charismatic individual with outstanding sales skills and an approachable personality to be able to identify guests\' needs and desires in a rapid and effective manner. The Luxury Retail Manager will be able to utilize his/her great communication and presentation skills by conducting onboard enrichment seminars for guests, professionally interacting with VIP guests, and by facilitating inter-departmental promotions with creative avenues to enthusiastically drive potential customers to the store. In addition to re-merchandising entire assortment and rotating merchandise windows as required, the manager will also ensure that the merchandise received is displayed correctly and that inventory is maintained at appropriate levels at all times.

Job skills and experience required

• 3-5 years of fine jewelry experience highly preferred
• Completion of secondary school required
• College coursework in retail/hospitality or business administration preferred
• Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to lead efficiently, and great communication skills required
• Ability to deal effectively with a diverse demanding customer base
• Approachable and professional personality a must!
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both orally and in writing)
• Ability to travel abroad for 6 months at a time
