We are currently searching for an experienced Corporate Restaurant Manager to join a luxury river cruise line.

Start date: ASAP
Salary: Approx. €2500 per month x 13

The Job

  • Supervise bar and restaurant operations on-board all vessels
  • Responsible for the composition of the on-board bar menus
  • Negotiate arrangements with various wineries
  • Conduct training for bar and restaurant staff when necessary
  • Occasionally provide relief for on-board Restaurant Managers when necessary

The Candidate

  • Relevant hospitality qualifications
  • Must hold experience as a Restaurant Manager or Corporate Restaurant Manager for a boutique, luxury hotel or small cruise line
  • Must speak, read and write English and German
  • Very strong knowledge of wine
  • IT skills -Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Strong eye for detail and organisation
  • Clear communicator

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship and in a 4/5* Hotel.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, German
