Food & Beverage Manager

Job Description:

Excellent opportunity for qualified Food & Beverage Manager with well-known Luxury cruise line company.

As F&B Manager you will have ultimate responsibility for all Food and Beverage related quality and service, oversee financial performance of the department, be directly responsible for leading a multi national team of employees and managers including training, coaching, and disciplinary actions, be responsible for inventory & purchasing control and ensure full adherence to USPH standards

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years managing overall branded Food & Beverage operation - large, high volume ship and/or hotel - cruise ship experience preferred (incl. dry dock, re-fit) with a team of over 300, including 30 Managers in a high quality environment. 
• Demonstrate motivational and operational management style 
• Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management or finance essential 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and enforce policies and procedures. 
• Experience of managing a departmental operational budget 
• Computer literacy 
• Previous in depth operational USPH/HACCP experience is essential　

Salary: 5000 USD + BONUS
