Job Description:
You will have the overall responsibility for shipboard beverage operation. Direct the bars function and associated activities throughout the vessel personally or through subordinate supervisors. Detailed job description available on application.
Minimum requirements:

Degree in Hospitality Management, business administration or related field
- Excellent level of English + additional European languages (Spanish, French or German preferred)
- 8-10 years managerial experience in multi unit bar operations in upscale hotels, multi-unit beverage establishments, or high volume food service facilities
- Extensive knowledge of beverage brands & quality of liquors, wine & beers
- Extensive knowledge of beverage handling procedures with regards to public health standards
- Demonstrated aptitude for financial aspects of bar operations
- Excellent customer service skills, problem resolution & high quality service standards
- Experience of supervising team of at least 50 employees
- Ability to manage, motivate, train & develop international staff
- Sound computer-literacy
Starting salary: 2000 USD / month + commissions (average salary 5-7000 USD / month)
