Skills & Education:

Candidate (m/f) should have several years of experience in a management position in Hotels or Restaurants in the same position.

The main role is the full responsibility of guest satisfaction in all service areas of the vessel. Candidate (m/f) is responsible to co-ordinate all Hotel Dept. heads to ensure a smooth and flawless operation. Together with the ships management to co-ordinate and execute onboard safety, environmental and maintenance procedures.

You must be flexible, stress-resistant and a good organizer. A pleasant, well-mannered and outgoing personality is required as well as a well-groomed appearance.

You should also have strong administration and leadership skills to manage international staff in a positive and productive manner. You must be fluent in English - any additional language would be a plus.
