We are looking for well-experienced Bar Manager (m/f) with excellent beverage knowledge and great leadership. Candidate must have previous ship experience in this or in a similar position and have a ”hands on” mentality if needed.

Candidate should be a positive, open minded person, have strong administration and leadership skills to manage staff in a positive and productive manner. Good communication and customer service skills are required. You need to be stress-resistant, flexible and well-groomed at all times.

Fluent English and German are expected, any additional language would be a plus. Good computer skills required.
